As all of our textiles & wallcoverings are printed on demand, all sales are final and orders are non-returnable.

We are happy to accommodate trade sales to design professionals with proper credentials.  Please email us at trade@banner-home.com to request a Trade Application. Return the completed Application along with a copy of your most recent Business License and Resale Certificate.

All of our textiles are dry clean only. Please refer to specific wallcovering product specifications for their recommended applications and cleaning procedures.

All of our textiles have a two yard minimum to order.  We do not print half yard orders, please round up to the next full yard.

Our wallcoverings have a five yard minimum to order and we similarly do not offer half yard orders, please round up to the nearest yard. Wallcoverings are sold by the yard only and will be shipped in the longest continuous run available. We do not have specific roll sizes.

All Banner Home products are printed on demand. 

Textiles typically ship within three weeks of receiving payment. 

Wallcoverings typically ship within five weeks of receiving payment.

Rush orders are available for design trade professionals, please email trade@banner-home.com to inquire.

Please refer to your local workroom and/or installer for required yardage.  We are unable to assist in estimating quantities for specific applications.  When in doubt, we suggest ordering more than enough for your specific project to ensure color match between printings.

In most cases, our fabrics should perform well for light residential upholstery.  Please refer to your upholstery workroom to determine if knit-backing or other finishing may be required for your specific application.  Our fabrics are not recommended for commercial upholstery usage.

As all our fabrics and wallcoverings are digitally printed on demand, CFA's are not available.  

We welcome the opportunity to help design professionals produce custom versions of our product for their work.  Trade professionals who have properly registered their credentials are welcome to contact us to discuss custom opportunities.  Custom orders are subject to a 15% upcharge and 30 yard minimum order.  Email trade@banner-home.com to learn more.

Design trade professionals who have properly registered their credentials with us may receive complimentary samples.  We encourage you to order samples of our textiles prior to placing an order for yardage.
